Register for Internet Banking

There are no long forms to fill out. You just need to complete the simple registration steps below to enjoy the ease and convenience of internet banking. You may download the procedure here.

Step 1:

  • Select account type, you may select either a Bank Account, Credit Card or MPF / ORSO Defined Contribution Scheme (for customer with MPF / ORSO Defined Contribution Scheme account only).
  • Input an account number for which you have either an ATM card or phonebanking service; or input a credit card number for credit card account or a membership number for MPF / ORSO Defined Contribution Scheme. You can input it with or without dashes, but do not input any spaces.
  • Select the type of Personal Identification Number* (PIN).
  • Input the corresponding ATM or phonebanking PIN; or credit card PIN for credit card account or SMS One Time Passcode (OTP) for MPF / ORSO Defined Contribution Scheme.
  • Input the latest identification document number* that you provided to the Bank for this account / card.
  • Please provide your email address*.
  • For customers with MPF and/or ORSO Defined Contribution Scheme account only, please select "MPF / ORSO Defined Contribution Scheme". After you have input your membership number and the registered mobile phone number, an SMS One Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile phone, which is necessary for you to proceed with the remaining registration steps.

* Not applicable to MPF and/or ORSO Defined Contribution Scheme accounts.

Step 2:

  • Set up your online profile (i.e. Username, Password and Second Password).
  • More details about the two logon modes can be found on the Internet Banking Logon page and / or on the acknowledgement page after successful registration.
  • Set up and answer Security Questions so that you can use the "Online Password Reset Service" in future.

Step 3:

  • Read and accept the terms and conditions for the services.

Step 4:

  • Acknowledgement of the registration and logon to internet banking.
