All redemption transactions made at Hong Kong Seibu must be performed by using a valid HSBC credit card and year-round privileged discounts for Dickson Card Cardholders are also applicable upon presenting the Dickson Card. Redemption transactions and the associated payment transactions, however, will not be counted towards annual spending for the purpose of the Dickson Group gift coupon rebate scheme.

The redemption counters of SOGO cash voucher are at 12/F New Wing Dahlia Salon of Causeway Bay SOGO and information counter of Tsim Sha Tsui SOGO. Cash voucher can be redeemed during the operating hours of SOGO except the extended operating hours during special festive seasons.
